At Furlio, we want you and your pets to love every product you bring home.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must include original packaging and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including used pet care products and opened consumable items.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
